Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)
This section of the Emerson & Cuming Microwave Products site is devoted to answering all your frequently asked questions about the products we offer. Please use the “Ask Sales a Question” link below to send an email if you do not find an answer to one of your questions in this section. The Users Guide in this website also provides additional details on some of the questions and answers.
1. How can I submit my request for quote (RFQ)? The easiest and fastest method is to send in your request to sales@eu.eccosorb.com or by sending a FAX to our sales office at +32 14 56 25 01. You may also direct your price and delivery questions to us via phone at +32 14 56 25 00. Additional details may be found in our Users Guide on the website.
2. How can I place an order? You are encouraged to e-mail or FAX us your order. E-mails may be forwarded to sales@eu.eccosorb.com or sent directly to a contact in our sales department if you already have one. Faxes may be sent to +32 14 56 25 01. Additional details may be found in our Users Guide on the website.
3. Do you have an order minimum? We have a 125 Euro order minimum.
4. What are your product ship lead times? Many of the more common standard products ship in 1 week after receipt of order (ARO). For custom cut parts, the typical ship lead time is approximately 3 weeks ARO. Delivery date on the order acknowledgement will always have to be interpreted as ship date.
5. Does E&CMP inventory custom parts? No, generally speaking. However, there are instances where we may have overages in inventory.
6. Will I receive an order acknowledgement once my order is received? Yes. Order acknowledgements will usually be sent out to you within 24 hours after the order has been received and entered. If you have not received an acknowledgement from us during this time we suggest that you resend your purchase order to +32 14 56 25 01 or email to sales@eu.eccosorb.com
7. How can I get samples for an engineering evaluation? The quickest method is to contact our local sales representative in your area and ask him to provide you a Problem Solver Kit. Click here to find our local sales representative in your area.
